Submissions

Mercury Ink generally does not accept unsolicited manuscripts.  However, due to the number of requests that we receive, we've created this process for those who desire to send us material.  We regret that we are unable to respond to everyone.

What we look for:

We publish across a variety of age groups and genres, but each manuscript must have a clearly definable target audience that can be reached via our promotional efforts.  We favor non-fiction over fiction, and we love non-fiction that has a clear point of view and that is backed up by solid research and references.  History is a main focus for us, especially when that history can be brought to life and tied to current events.
